“Walk towards the light, walk towards the hope”

The name Solas was chosen as it is Irish for Light.  Many feel they can be in a darker place when struggling with mental health issues but once they begin to move forward it can be like a shift from darkness to light.  With this idea in mind, Solas Counselling Services was formed.  The goal at Solas is to help you move from darkness to light, towards hope.

Solas Counselling Services was established in 2014 and provides counselling to adults, teenagers and children 12 years and older. Solas is based in the heart of Wexford Town in a very professional & private setting. It is located on the 1st floor of the Sam McCauleys Medical Centre in Redmond Square and is one of ten practises in the Medical Centre which provides anonymity to all clients as there is a varied range of services.
